CKC committee training.

Training of committee on managerial skills.

Sekenani ckc trained about 13 committees selected from all representatives of the community. They comprise of:

1. Office of the president & provincial administration i.e 2 chiefs
2. 2 School representative:- Headteaher & deputy headteacher.
3. 1 Representative from local government: County council of Narok
4. 1 Representative from the Ministry of Health- Nurse incharge
5. 2 Women representative
6. 2 representative from Local NGos & CBO
7. 1Youth representative
8. 1 Local business men.
9. ckc managers.

From the representative, they were all trained for a period of three days on various topic regrading managerial skills.After the training, Office barriers from various departments e.g Health, ICT, Education, Empowerment among others were elected on a democratic secret ballot box.

All the committee meets on monthly basis to discuss on the progress and others related issues. We really appreciate the formation of these committees because it has assist us in strategizing all our activities ranging from marketing, sensitization, mobilization just to mention a few.
